Our reseller, Freemius, sells paid plans and credit packs. It takes the payment and it pays the refund.
A plan
A payment for a plan is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of the payment.
A credit pack
A credit pack is not refunded, unless you were charged for it in error.
How to ask
Ask Freemius in its billing portal at https://customers.freemius.com, or write to support@jurispraxis.ai with your order number. We answer within two working days.
Each refund is made by hand. It goes back to the payment method you used. A card refund shows on your next statement.
After a refund
When a plan is refunded, your organisation returns to the Start plan and loses the plan’s credits.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time in the Freemius billing portal. It stops the next renewal, and the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. After the 30 days, there is no refund for the rest of that period.
